Do share cute things with friends.

You don’t always have to post snaps to your story. Keep in touch with old friends by sending them random things you feel they might find cute or funny.

Do take time to check out the discover tab.

Think of it as a customized newsfeed, but presented in a more fun and creative way.

Don’t take a screenshot unless it’s necessary.

Save yourself from the humiliation that comes with stalking your crush via their Snapchat. Letting them know that you view their snaps is fine, but hinting that you might keep an archive of their photos in your phone is just downright embarrassing.

Don’t post nudes.

Even if it’s a private exchange between you and your partner, you’ll never know when you might accidentally tap and post to your story some very racy images of yourself. Just stay safe, okay?

Do follow your fave celebrities and brands.

The view from their phone’s front camera might be the closest you’ll ever get to them.

Don’t post long, redundant stories.

Keep it short and sweet. It’s enough that your friends know you’re having dinner at that new restaurant in BGC, spare them the rest of the details of your meal.

Don’t feel the pressure to be perfect.

The beauty of Snapchat is that it allows you to capture and share things in real time. No need for VSCO, Cymera, and Snapseed.
