Before you head up to Tagaytay on the next long weekend, make sure to grab a cup of coffee at Slow Space for the long day ahead. You know you'll need it to while waiting to be seated at crowded restaurants and enduring the notorious Tagaytay traffic jam.

Slow Space's menu is composed of pretty much the basic offerings, but even if it is your regular coffee, it's regular coffee done well. They have different brewing methods you can choose from and of course, the beans are sourced locally.

On the menu, they have espresso-based drinks like the Espresso Tonic (P130), Americano (P120), Caffe Latte (P130), Spanish Latte (P140), Cafe Mocha (P140), Cold Brew (P120), Cold Brew Tonic (P140), and Cream Cold Brew (P140).

If you like coffee on the sweeter side, Slow Space also has drinks for you! They make delicious sweet lattes like the Caramel Macchiato (P150), Hazelnut Latte (P130), Toffee Nut Latte (P130), Butterscotch Latte (P130), and Salted Caramel Latte (P130).

Need something to pair your coffee with? You can go for some Chili Garlic Noodles (P140), Ginger Scallion Noodles (P140), or if you have the appetite for it, Slow Space's Chicken Wings (P250).
The cafe frequently adds new drinks and food items to their menu, and sometimes supplies desserts from different stores, like this IG-worthy burnt Basque cheesecake from Corner House Kitchen.

It's best to follow Slow Space's Instagram account for immediate updates! The humble little shop is located along the Tagaytay-Sta. Rosa Road, right across Mazapan Sweets.
