A quick scroll through Rhian Ramos' Instagram, and you'll instantly want to her to be your fitspiration. She works out, eats well, and her hard work shows through her jaw-dropping swimsuit pics and OOTDs. But believe it or not, Rhian was not always the best at keeping a healthy lifestyle. In fact, the actress credits her healthy relationship with food today to her good friend Bianca King. According to Rhian, it was Bianca who showed her that eating veggies isn't boring or hard to do. 

Preview got the chance to ask the 31-year-old actress about her current workout routine and eating habits. Scroll down and see!

In a nutshell, Rhian says it's a process of finding what works best for you. 

More concretely in Rhian's case, intermittent fasting, coupled with eating well and having an exercise routine worked the best for her. In fact, she's been religiously doing this for about three years now.

It may sound like a strict plan, but she's actually pretty flexible with her eating habits! Her first full meal is at 4 p.m., and the rest varies from day to day. “I start with coffee, of course, and a meal that has some sort of vegetable. For the rest of the day, I eat whatever I want!" she tells Preview.

In terms of workouts, Rhian loves to lift weights. She lifts three times a week, and makes sure to get some some of exercise at least four to five times a week in the forms of planking or doing mountain climbers.

Now, as Rhian turned over a new leaf diet-wise, she also wants to share with others an affordable and healthy food option that is easily accessible, and can fit anyone's schedule, no matter how crazy it is!
