There's nothing like living with nature than lodging amongst a throng of elephants walking around peacefully in their natural habitat. Such is the surreal experience at Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort's Jungle Bubbles.

Located in the Chian Saen District of Chiang Rai, Thailand, the resort provides guests with a one-of-a-kind living arrangement during their stay. Situated by the resort's Elephant Camp are transparent domes called Jungle Bubbles sitting atop an elevated deck, featuring the best view of the gentle giants walking past as they go about their days unbothered.

While your eyes interact with the best nature has to offer, you're also sure to feel pampered and comfortable in their 236 square foot luxury bubbles. According to the resort's official website, each lodging, built for two, is fully equipped with air-conditioning, a king-sized bed, a fully-stocked mini bar, a non-transparent bathroom and 24-hour room service. Plus, you won't have to miss one second of your elephant watching because resort staff are tasked to personally drop off your dinner for you.

Designed by Eye in the Sky, Golden Triangle's Jungle Bubbles are custom designed and constructed with polyester fabric to ensure the guest's safety and the bubble's longevity.

Don't worry though, you don't have to relegate yourself to merely waking up to, and viewing these pachyderms indoors (althought that, in and of itself, is already a treat). You can also get a full elephant education during the resort's Walking with Giants tours. In an article by Insider, they reveal that guests are often accompanied by a veterinarian or a biologist while observing the elephants up close.

According to Golden Triangle, over 60 of the elephants living in their camp were rescued from illegal logging camps, the street, or elephant shows. They're now being taken care of by the resort—in partnership with The Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation—while they allow these gentle creatures to exist safely and peacefully in their natural environment.
