It's September, which means it's officially Best Dressed season again here at Preview. This year, our list honors 10 fashionable folk from different style backgrounds who have earned the most sartorial points in our book. Part of this annual tradition is an evening where our Best Dressed men and women plus some of Manila's most stylish gather to celebrate fashion.
