We're glad we have someone like Rei Germar to live vicariously through. ICYDK, the YouTube sensation is currently in Thailand for some work matters (that she's been quite privy about, only sharing a couple Instagram stories here and there). Whatever she's up to, she certainly looks great doing it, and her travel OOTDs are proof.
Just as double tap-worthy as her looks were the destinations she's been spotted at. Alongside her beau Migy Romulo, lensman DJ Magbanua, and the rest of their friends, the 25-year-old content creator has been taking in everything the Land of Smiles has to offer.
If you're thinking about what country to visit next, let Rei convince you to head west to Thailand. Check out her Thai travel bucketlist below!
8 Rei Germar-approved places to visit in Thailand (so far)
1. Old Town Phuket
An alley of historical significance in the country, Old Town Phuket boasts preserved Sino-Portuguese establishments on both sides of its roads. Serving as the perfect backgrounds for Rei's OOTD shots, most of the buildings' facades are in bright, inviting tones. Night markets usually pop up when the sun goes down, and the district becomes more alive and (quite literally) lit.

2. Big Buddha Temple
As the name suggests, the Big Buddha Temple (known as Wat Phra Yai in the local language) houses a 39-foot golden Buddha statue. Several restaurants and shops sprawl the surrounding area consquently known as Big Buddha Beach. It was a must-see tourist destination that Rei and her gang couldn't pass up on.
The Shophouse 1527 is a hub for all things art, music and coffee in Bangkok (think of it as the Cubao Expo of Thailand if you will.) It's where you can go and marvel at art exhibitions while getting a premium cup of iced coffee. When Rei and her beau visited, they had a flashy light installation where they, of course, had to take pictures in.

4. Brioche from Heaven
With a shop name like that, need we say more? This patisserie in the Silom district of Bangkok is where you should head to to indulge in the most decadent, sugary pastries. They have an endearing, Christmas Village-like ambiance according to Rei.

5. ROOF Pudding & Cafe
Over at Phuket, you can get your caffeine fix with a side of delectable pudding and other treats at ROOF. Aside from satisfying your sweet tooth, the cafe is also quite the looker, what with its cracked white brick walls and minimalist tropical decor.

6. Museum of Contemporary Art, Bangkok
For those artists at heart like Rei, the country's capital is where you can find the Museum of Contemporary Art. One of the largest museums of its kind in all of Asia, it features creations from some of Thailand's most celebrated artists. The architecture and interior of the establishment itself are works of art, with every nook and cranny deserving of a snap.

7. Tann Terrace Phuket
It should come to no surprise that one of the spots Rei hit up first in Thailand was the beach. At Tann Terrace Phuket, she was living her best beach babe life, sipping on cocktails, and taking in the salt-scented air. The resort had an incomparable beachfront view which looked even more breathtaking at sunset.
For a night out at town, Rabbit Hole was the place to be for Rei's clique. This party place was part of Asia's Best Bars List in 2020, making it the optimal spot for merry-making and the most well-crafted drinks.
