After a study has named Pia Wurtzbach as the highest-earning Instagram user in 2021, it seems that the beauty queen has another achievement under her belt! A recent report revealed that the former Miss Universe is among the top-ranked guests during Milan Fashion Week 2023, ranking in second on the star-studded list.

In data analyzed by marketing agencies Launchmetrics and WeArisma as reported by WWD, the study disclosed that several international celebrities generated the most media impact value during the recently concluded Milan Fashion Week. The media impact value (MIV) is the monetary value of public posts, articles, and audience interactions generated by the personalities during the event.
According to the article, the Miss Universe 2015 titleholder garnered a total of $3.4 million in media impact value or approximately P192 million. Ranking first in the list is the K-pop boy group ENHYPEN, who generated $7 million or approximately P396 million.
Pia is followed by F4 Thailand and 2gether Thai actor Win Metawin, who garnered $2.9 million or P164 million. They are followed by Thai star Pruk Panich ($2.4 million or P135 million) and The Little Mermaid actress Halle Bailey ($1.7 million or P96 million).
Other Filipina celebrities also made their mark in the scene. For her Milan Fashion Week debut, Liza Soberano’s carousel of images featuring her Prada ensemble generated more than $671,000, or approximately P38 million. The actress’ post ranks higher than Naomi Campbell in Fendi, which generated $221,000 or P12 million.
Launchmetrics also reported that Heart Evangelista is listed as the top influencer during the week, following her high-ranking media value during Paris Haute Couture Week in July. Now that’s what we call Filipino influence!
