A Star-Studded #ArtBaselHK Weekend From Liz Uy to Hailey Baldwin.

Every year, a certain discerning crowd that’s a mix of collectors, celebrities, A-listers, and curious goers await the Art Basel exhibitions held in three major cities across the globe, namely Basel, Miami, and Hong Kong. With the Asian leg now on its fourth year of throwing grand exhibitions from leading galleries, cultural events, and of course, parties, the event hit an all-time high. Across its run from March 22 to 26, a breakthrough record of 70,000 visitors graced HK town to witness, experience, and take home a piece of modern and contemporary art by both established and next gen artists. Aside from reports of countless booths and artists selling out on their stocks, as well as sightings of the likes of Leonardo di Caprio and Owen Wilson, there were more celebrities spotted taking part in the 5-day festivities. After all, art is always such a good OOTD backdrop.

One of the parties at this year’s festivities was the launch of the MCM X Tobias Rehberger collab. They even brought in Hailey Baldwin for the event.

Liz Uy also attended the launch in Emilio Pucci and Valentino, no less.

Georgina Wilson also partied with her friend in this gorge ruffled Ellery blazer.

The MCM X Tobias Rehberger collaborative space served as a perfect backdrop for Raymond Gutierrez

His sister, Ruffa Gutierrez, was also spotted shopping with friends Charlene and Aga Muhlach

Apples Aberin enjoyed perusing through the 239 galleries of art.

Even Kim Chiu,

and her onscreen partner, Xian Lim, were also spotted enjoying the art.

John Lloyd Cruz also made an appearance with his family to support the Art Informal booth for Filipino contemporary artists. Here he is with Tina Fernandez.

Alvin Zafra was one of the three shortlisted for the BMW Prize. Congrats!

Tim Yap also partied with Paris Hilton

Paris came with her sister Nicky, but was really there to DJ for the party at dragon-i.

Wonder if Nicole Whisenhunt and Jerika Ejercito heard her play.

Model Karolina Kurkova also traveled halfway around the world to grace the event.

We even caught Filipino furniture designer Jinggoy Buensucesco and wife Mutya stop by.

If you can’t wait until March 23, 2017 for the next Art Basel HK run, you can check out the Basel exhibit this June or the one in Miami this December. Visit to know more.
