The pandemic has really made people realize that they don't have to stay in a job they don't love. We can't argue with that, but if the perfect job existed what would it look like? You no longer have to guess as most of us want the same thing—at least that's according to a new study by Raja Workplace.

Researchers asked works what the ideal working week looks like for them and they didn't disappoint. The survey was conducted in the U.K., but it really isn't any different than what the rest of the world wants.

The survey found that the ideal job involves a boss that likes to drink after work, unlimited free tea (we're guessing coffee over for us in the Philippines), and a 17-minute commute. That's not all, the perfect job includes 26-hour work weeks, a salary of 44,000 (approximately P250,000 monthly), and birthdays off. It's a lot of perks that, let's be real, you'll only get if you're the boss. Sigh.

Check out the top 10 workplace perks from the study below.

  • Regular pay rises
  • Excellent pension
  • Bonuses for great work
  • Day off on your birthday
  • Health/dental insurance
  • Chances to learn/ good training
  • Free tea/coffee
  • Chances to advance
  • Training opportunities

"It’s very important to work somewhere that aligns with your lifestyle and values its employee’s needs," said Andrew Wood, spokesman for Raja Workplace. "There are so many different things employers must take into consideration when designing a workplace and environment for their employees."

The perfect job (probably) doesn't exist. But hey, we can dream, alright?
