Finally finished Crash Landing on You? Time to take a break from your sappy romance binge as Netflix churns out a different type of K-Drama to keep us on the edge of our seats.
Titled Round Six, the upcoming series stars Chief of Staff's Lee Jung Jae and Prison Playbook's Park Hae Soo. A gripping action drama, it depicts a game of survival amongst a group of strangers each distraught by the realities of their personal lives. Participants are locked in a room located in an unknown place, until a final winner is determined. The pay-off? A whopping $40 million.

Where Lee Jung Jae's Gi-hun takes the risk after being fired from his job, his childhood friend, Sang-woo, played by Park Hae-soo, braves the dangerous challenge after getting into trouble at work. We don't know about you, but we're already gearing up for one thrilling watch.

Fun fact: The original Korean title of Round Six translates to Squid Game, a street game played by the two lead characters in their childhood. "It’s named as such because players are to draw different geometric shapes on the ground, which, as a whole, look like a squid," Netflix's statement explains.
Helming the project is award-winning director Hwang Dong-hyuk, who's most known for his 2014 box office hit Miss Granny.
Round Six is set to premiere globally, exclusively on Netfilx.
