With 2022 now less than two months away—let that sink in—planner season just keeps getting more and more exciting as cool new journals, diaries, notepads, and more hit the local market. You'll spot many kinds at your fave stationery shops and online stores—from #aesthetic planners to minimalist journals—but our latest find is particularly perfect for '90s kids. National Book Store's newest undated planners are inspired by the hit sitcom Friends and they're only P499 each!
You can get these cool planners in three colors: Black, Cream, and Green. The Black iteration features cartoon versions of the six main characters (Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler, and Ross) while the cream journal goes for a more classic approach with the Central Perk logo up top, the F.R.I.E.N.D.S logo in its signature font right below it, and the New York City skyline illustrated at the bottom. The green, on the other hand, sports a stylized illustration of the six characters standing in front of that famous brown couch and holding umbrellas—a direct reference to the series' entrance theme, which played at the beginning of almost every episode of the show.
As with most planners, these notebooks feature a variety of spreads and layouts to help you organize your life, sort out your schedule, and jot down your ideas. You'll find monthly and weekly spreads as well as dotted pages for extra notes, doodles, manifestations, reflections, or what have you. The journals are undated, which means you can start using them anytime you please—whether that's right now, in 2022, or five years from now is totally up to you.
Each page features design elements taken straight from the show including illustrations of the Central Perk logo, the café's couch, the famous Friends fountain, and more. You’ll also find quotes and references scattered across the pages that true Friends fans would recognize in an instant.
