When in Rizal, there are several options for restaurants with a gorgeous overlooking view of nature, the city skyline, and the wide sky. There are so many options that the deciding factor shouldn't be what looks nicest, but what cuisine you want to eat.
If you're in the mood for Japanese, you should head over to Midoriyama in Tanay, Rizal. The place will satisfy both your needs for a beautiful view and good food!
They have ramen bowls, the bestsellers being the Tonkotsu (P280) and the Tantanmen (P290). You can make the meal more satisfying by pairing your ramen order with additional Gyoza (P100/3 pieces, P190/6 pieces). You can never go wrong with this combo!
If you love Japanese rice bowls (a.k.a. donburi) more than ramen, you should try their Katsudon (P220), Chicken Katsudon (P210), and Salmon Teridon (P290). They also have deep-fried items (called agemono) that you can enjoy as appetizers or added ulam. Their bestselling agemono are the Ebi Tempura (P195/3 pieces, P385/6 pieces), Kakiage (P180) which is vegetable tempura, and the Chicken Karaage (P200).
