Love was truly in the air for McCoy De Leon and Elisse Joson on Valentine's Day. It turns out that McCoy surprised Elisse with the most romantic dinner date setup for February 14—an evening under the stars, to be exact!
The actor took to Instagram to share pictures from their magical dinner date. In the caption, McCoy wrote, "To my partner Elisse ko, I always want all the best for you. Dalawa na tayo palagi humaharap sa mga pagsubok. Ang partner ko sa lahat ng bagay."
"Salamat sa lahat lahat ng masayang samahan natin. Tuwing malulungkot ka, nandito ako palaging i-aangat ka. Mahal kita, mahal ko lahat ng meron sayo basta alam mo na yun, hehe. Happy Valentine's Day, Elisse ko. I love you!"
The 26-year-old actor enlisted the help of event stylist Dave Sandoval to pull off his surprise. According to Dave, his team only had three hours to prepare the entire thing. McCoy also noted to him that Elisse's favorite color is yellow, so their lanai was transformed into a magical "under the stars" location, with shimmering lights adorning the ceiling and wall of the tent. The place was also peppered with Elisse's favorite flowers, tulips and roses—in her favorite color, of course!
Elisse showed her gratitude for her partner's surprise by posting a video compilation from their magical night. "Well, I'm a lucky woman," she wrote in the caption. "All I wanted for Valentine's day was to go out and eat good food and be with you but you went above and beyond to make me extra happy. Thank you, mahal ko, kilig ako habang kaharap kita ngayon sinusulit ang dinner setup na 'to for the second night."
In another post, she shared snaps of her and McCoy admiring the view, and another one with their adorable daughter, Felize.
