Netizens were thrilled to find out that the Queen of Pop arrived in the Philippines on Monday, wondering what she was up to days before her scheduled performance at the SM Mall of Asia Arena for her Rebel Heart Tour. Apparently, she showed off her philanthropic side as she took time to visit two centers for underprivileged children in Manila.
Prior to her concert, Madonna spent time with the kids at the Hospicio de San Jose and Bahay Tuluyan orphanages, entertained them and gamely posed for photographs. She even shared snaps on her Instagram account.
The music legend has a history of getting involved with children's shelters, founding the Raising Malawi charity in 2006, to help poverty stricken youngsters in the African nation.
