The twenty-seven year old beauty queen has already gained two legendary titles under her belt: Miss World Philippines in 2019 and recently, Miss Universe Philippines-Tourism 2022. Though being a daughter of a former beauty queen may come with pressure, Michelle shared that she has received immense support from her mother throughout her journey, as Melanie encouraged her to “shine as her own woman.” Carrying her mother’s advice, Michelle has pursued and found success in many endeavors beyond the crown, like acting, modeling, and advocating for autism.
2. Isabelle Daza
When it comes to iconic mother-daughter duos, Miss Universe 1969 Gloria Diaz and Isabelle Daza surely take the cake! Pilipinas 1965, and Miss Press Photography in 1965. After her run in Miss Universe, Charlene further established her name when she moved onto showbiz, starring in several movies such as Dyesebel (1996), and the television sit-com 1 for 3 (1997). The former beauty queen is now more focused on her personal life, specifically her family with her husband, actor Aga Muhlach, and her now grown-up twins, Andres and Atasha Muhlach.

Pia Pilapil established herself in the industry as an actress, starring alongside great names like Ina Raymundo in Sabado Nights (1996), Vilma Santos in Hanggang Ngayon Ika’y Minamahal (1997), and Angel Locsin in Mulawin (2004).
