After what seemed like yesterday, her youngest son, Matias—Mati for short—just turned a year old. For this milestone, Liz brought to life the classic novel The Little Prince for Mati’s birthday party over the weekend, and it’s the cutest thing you’ll see today!
ICYDK, The Little Prince, a novella themed after love and dreams, follows a pilot who meets the titular young prince himself, and explores the world. Adorned with golden stars and characters from the book, the venue looked nothing short of magical. Just take a peek at Mati’s baby blue wonderland made possible by Pabys Creates Events and Party Magic by Michelle Lao. We’re not kidding when we tell you that every corner is as dreamy as can be!
Of course, what’s a birthday without a cake? Nailing the concept, Cupcake Lab PH paid attention to every detail in creating this masterpiece—seemingly filling both our eyes and tummies. Funnily enough, Liz was amused with its size, considering this tiered treat was bigger than Mati himself!
The event also featured the most adorable souvenirs thanks to this magnetic photo booth by Pixl Pop PH! It was definitely a great way to take party memorabilia, such as these charming and candid snaps of the birthday boy with his guests, Kenzo and Keli Teo.
Speaking of guests, more famous personalities also dropped by to greet Mati a happy birthday, including Vice Ganda, Bea Soriano Dee, Isabelle Daza, and his godmother Alex Gonzaga.
Tying it all together, the happy family struck a pose with their dainty wardrobe! Liz and husband Raymond Racaza donned their freshest all-white looks, while Mati and his big brother Xavi sported mint and olive ‘fits. Wearing Raising Little PH and Ta LouLou, these little princes are truly blessed to be styled by their fashion momma.
