Kyline Alcantara and Mavy Legaspi have taken their teleserye love affair off screen, and we can't stop swooning. Since flaunting their undeniable chemistry in I Left My Heart In Sorsogon, the two have not been shy about showing off their young romance.
Just right before Mavy and twin sister Cassy's 21st birthday, MavLine, as their pairing is called, recreated posters of classic romantic films. Lensed by Shaira Luna, the Gen Z couple posed and paid homage to three of the most memorable love teams in the history of cinema.
First up, in what was arguably the most adorable layout of the three, Mavy suited up as Spiderman from the very first film of the saga. Embodying Peter Parker's love interest, Mary Jane, was, of course, Kyline.
She donned a feathery tube top and skirt in black and white, and had her tresses down for an effortlessly pretty look. We love how they really look like they're swinging from building-to-building in their version of the poster!
Next up, MavLine shifted genres and posed as Tom Cruise and Kelly McGillis from the 1986 action-drama Top Gun. Sharing his name with the leading man of the movie, Mavy was as dashing as ever in a brown sherpa jacket. Right beside him was his special lady in a sleek leather dress and knee high boots.
Wrapping things up with the most classic of all love teams, it seems like Kyline and Mavy had a ball as Jack and Rose in the iconic 1999 film Titanic. Exuding the glamour of the 1910s, the duo looked sharp in all-black formal ensembles. Mavy was in a relaxed suit, while Kyline slipped into a polka-dotted maxi dress and had her hair up in a bun.
