The new property is located in Puglia (a.k.a. Apulia), a region along Italy’s southeastern coast. Aptly named Villa Sogno—Italian for “dream villa”—the home evokes a serene Mediterranean atmosphere. From the images alone, its secluded courtyard, cobblestone pathways, and arched facades conjure a setting perfect for a luxurious holiday retreat.

Puglia is known for its breathtaking coastlines, historic hilltop towns, and iconic trulli—traditional limestone houses topped with cone-shaped roofs. Kylie’s newly acquired retreat mirrors a similar aesthetic, capturing the tranquil and rustic beauty for which the region is known.
The actress-entrepreneur gave followers a closer look at the property through a series of photos, posted in collaboration with Danish musician Tomas Barfod.
Framed by acres of olive groves and sun-soaked countryside, the villa’s exterior is a picturesque expression of Southern Italian architecture. Its stone façade—warm, textured, and timeless—draws from traditional Puglian masserie, with a central courtyard that opens up to manicured gardens and a strikingly geometric layout. A series of arched colonnades lends a classical symmetry to the structure, softened by neatly pruned topiary trees that line the pathway leading to the villa’s main entrance.
Upon entering, a turquoise pool sits in sharp contrast to the earthy palette of its surroundings, flanked by sleek lounge chairs and shaded seating under a pergola. Subtle architectural details, like the wrought iron gate and climbing trelliswork, capture the villa’s serene, old-world charm.

Stepping inside, the villa retains its rustic elegance. Natural light pours in through arched windows, casting a golden hue over the pale stone walls and barrel-vaulted ceilings. In the dining and kitchen area, tactile elements—like a weathered wooden farmhouse table and wicker dining chairs—anchor the space with charm. An oversized drum pendant light adds a contemporary contrast, while ceramic table lamps and terracotta accents keep the palette grounded and earthy.
In the bedroom, a four-poster bed draped in gauzy white curtains stands beneath softly curved stone vaulting. At its foot sits a freestanding sculptural bathtub in rich copper tones. The decor is kept minimal, allowing the architecture to breathe, with thoughtful touches—like a round antique mirror and neutral-toned cushions—quietly elevating the serene, spa-like atmosphere.
