Last July 17, Kylie Jenner sold her starter house at The Oaks, an uber-exclusive double-gated community in Calabasas, California, for US$3.15 million or P178.6 million based on the current exchange rate.

Because of her stature as a famous and controversial reality television star and social media personality, the property sale made headlines among prominent U.S. entertainment news outlets.

It took some time before this writer was able to convince the mansion's residents to share some photos of their house with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).
They eventually agreed on one condition: their names will not be mentioned to protect their family's privacy.
Through a Viber video call, PEP.ph was given a virtual tour of the six-bedroom mansion's amenities—including its swimming pool, living room, kitchen, massive walk-in closet, glam room, and entertainment room.

Some of Kylie's personal belongings, including her sofa, carpets and giant candles, are still at the house, waiting to be reclaimed.

Kylie obviously has a fetish for giant candles, which can be seen in almost every corner of her former mansion.

According to the current resident, each candle costs US$500 or P27,000.
One of the interesting highlights found in the living room is the LED-illuminated wall backdrop with the Latin word "vincere", which translates to "win" or "conquer," reportedly Kylie's favorite mantra.

Despite Kylie's departure from the posh community, some of Hollywood's popular celebrities, including Julia Roberts, Britney Spears, and Katie Holmes, remain proud residents of The Oaks.
