Kim Soo Hyun, a.k.a. the highest paid Korean actor of 2020, just received a sweet gift while hard at work on the set of It’s Okay to Not Be Okay. In a series of recent posts on Instagram, the Hallyu star revealed that his friend, fellow actor and singer Lee Hong Ki of K-pop boyband F.T. Island (you'd probably remember him from A Korean Odyssey and Bride of the Century), had sent over a food truck for both him and the show’s the crew to enjoy.
Below, the actor shows off his adorable salute pose in front of the customized cherry-blossom truck, while sending out thanks to his good friend who’s currently serving his military training.
Hong Ki also left a cheeky message for Soo Hyun on the banner behind him. It reads, "I've used all my salary in the military for this. I hope this gives you enough energy, hyung! From Hong Ki."
Of course, the singer hadn't forgotten about the diligent production team behind It’s Okay to Not Be Okay. "This is for lovely Soo Hyun and the production team. Please treat Soo Hyun hyung well! Enjoy the food,” Hong Ki wrote.

The two reportedly grew close after playing bowling together, and have since been friends for years. ICYMI, Hong Ki’s even posted photos with Soo Hyun on his personal IG account back in 2019. "I didn’t mean to make a fuss, but since it already became like this, I have to upload the photos!!! Good luck [to us] on the final performance tomorrow!!!!!” his caption read.
