ICYDK, room makeovers are one of our favorite things to watch on YouTube—there's just something so therapeutic about seeing people's spaces being transformed. One good example of this is Kim Chiu's home office, which used to be her walk-in closet.
According to her, she wanted to have a more presentable working area for all the Zoom meetings and presentations due to the pandemic. The before-and-after pictures of her room are so satisfying!
This is what it looked like before:

And this is what it looks like now:

In her latest YouTube video, Kim walked us through the different areas of her home office, and each spot is definitely Instagram-worthy! Before you enter the room, the first thing you'll see are two huge frames filled with the 31-year-old actress' past magazine covers.

In one corner of the room, Kim has a "floral area," where she keeps peonies and tulips. According to her, the two flowers symbolize happiness, luck, wealth, and beauty, which is why she keeps a bunch of them. She also has a candle warmer for her favorite scented candle, Mahogany Teakwood.

On her pristine white desk, Kim keeps her laptop and books, along with her office essentials like pens, markers, and a calendar.

Above her desk, she has a glass board where she takes note of all the things she needs to get done in a week.

Of course, since a full stomach is essential for productivity, Kim made sure to keep a mini Smeg refrigerator in her room filled with drinks and snacks. She also has a table filled with chips and her tea essentials.

Since she's also a vlogger, Kim decided to invest in a fridge for her cameras. This way, they're placed in an environment where the temperature and humidity can be controlled so they won't break.

Beside that, she has a custom-made cloud mirror that's made of polyuretherane foam. Kim said that it's perfect for mirror selfies, and we definitely agree!

To tie the design of the home office together, Kim chose a chic wallpaper that matches the color palette of the room.
