After a long hiatus, KC Concepcion is back in showbiz and YouTube, too! In her most recent vlog, she takes viewers on a tour of her condo, which ICYDK, was the first “big” investment she made during her 20s.
According to the actress, it was her mom Sharon Cuneta who advised her to make this investment when she was younger. “Eto 'yung isa sa mga [top priorities] ko na tinuro sakin ng mommy ko. It’s to put my money into a condo, or kahit hindi condo, basta property,” she shared.
“She made it a reality for me because she taught by example. Showing me that it’s possible na magkaroon ng ganito.”
The actress also explained, “It doesn’t have to be expensive. It doesn’t have to be big. But it’s something that will last a very long time.”
And it did! KC has had this condo for years now, and for those who've been following the actress for a while, then they may have seen it on TV back in 2012. But if not, here's a closer glimpse at some of her condo’s features–she’s made some upgrades, too.

KC’s condo features a gorgeous open concept, where the living room, dining room, and kitchen all combine into one big area. This helps create a sense of openness perfect for house gatherings and entertaining guests because of its lack of barriers (literally and figuratively!).
According to KC, one of the most important parts of developing your own space is not only investing in the space itself, but also in the design and the appliances that you put into it. Her kitchen set, for example, is one of the areas that she barely had to touch when she was upgrading her condo. Because of its great quality, it still looks good as new even after more than a decade.
KC also gave us a quick peek into her daily kitchen, which features an ingenious open corner with no window frame or glass and only floor-to-ceiling railings, for when she wants to indulge in Filipino food that might have a strong odor.
And of course, the bedrooms. KC has three bedrooms, a powder room, a boudoir, and (as a true-blue fashionista) two gorgeous walk-in closets to house her shoes, bags, and wardrobe.
At the start of the video, KC also mentioned the reason why she wanted to give viewers a tour of her condo. Aside from a much-anticipated update on her life, she hopes to inspire young Gen Zs entering the workforce and hardworking millennials to invest in their own place someday.
“'Yung mga Gen Z ngayon na nagwowork na or 'yung mga millennial na patuloy parin na nagtratrabaho, I want you to hopefully [invest in] real estate…[or] to have a space of your own,” she said. “Sana isa 'to sa mga maging goals ninyo because you’re so hardworking, and I know you love what you do, and if you don’t love what you do, all the more na kailangan masaya kayo sa fruits of your labor, 'di ba?” She couldn’t have said it any better!
