Clearly, Karl Lagerfeld is out to rule the world. The Chanel and Fendi designer recently announced his plans to establish a hospitality brand called Karl Lagerfeld Hotels & Resorts, adding private members’ clubs, restaurants, and luxury residential structures—all under a licensing agreement with Brandmark Collective BV—to his high fashion repertoire.
It's important to note that the Kaiser is no stranger to dabbling in hotel design: his 270-room luxury hotel in Macau is scheduled to open sometime in 2017.
