Jurassic Pot PH is where all your quirky pots and lush succulents are at! The shop sells varying types of plants housed in the cutest dinosaur-shaped pots, ranging from P1000 to P1350 each, “depending on the type of pot and paint finish”—and yes, if you were wondering, they already come in pairs. Worth it, right? Whether you're in need of a pink and blue ombre T-rex, or you’re looking for an orange apatosaurus, Jurassic Pot has got all of you plantitos and plantitas (and dinosaur enthusiasts alike) covered!
They currently have three types of Dino-Pots and two types of Dino-Skulls available. If you’re not sure what to get for yourself, though, it’s good to note that customers tend to favor the Mighty-Rex and T-Rex Skulls which, according to the store’s owner, is the “most iconic and most loved dinosaur ever.”
Jurassic Pot’s founder describes their business as an “edgier take on gardening”. The eccentric idea for the shop first came about in 2015 when they realized that they could marry their skills as a graphic designer, with their newfound obsession for collecting plants and succulents. “There is just something about the fierceness of dinosaurs and the architectural form of succulents that makes them a beautiful combination,” the owner tells Preview. “Jurassic Pots are also low maintenance enough for kids and plant newbies to handle, and unique enough to belong in the collections of more experienced plant hobbyists.”

According to their manual, when it comes to water, less is more! Water sparingly and periodically and never oversaturate the plant. Water the soil only (not the plant directly) because, fun fact: Water deposits can lead to rot. You’ll know it’s time to stop watering when the water runs out of the drainage holes.
On the other hand, when it comes to light, indoor plants still require their dose of sunlight in order to thrive. Place the succulent by a bright window and remember: Morning sun is the best! But just like water, make sure that the plant doesn’t get too much sunlight exposure.
