Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), and the food and restaurant brands under its name, just made ordering food and paying for it more convenient and safe. Now, you can order meals through Facebook Messenger and do cashless payment transactions using PayMaya.

The JFC brands available via Facebook Messenger are Jollibee, Burger King, Chowking, Mang Inasal, and Red Ribbon. Payments can be done using credit, debit, prepaid cards, or one's PayMaya e-wallet. Plus, customers who use their PayMaya with a registered mobile number can get up to 100% cashback with a minimum spend of P500.
Here's how you can order using Facebook Messenger:
1. Send "#order" to the Facebook chatbot of their preferred JFC restaurant.
2. Select the meal/s you would like to order.
3. Choose the cashless payment option.
4. Wait for the food to be delivered to your doorstep.
As of writing, ordering from JFC brands through the chatbot is available in select areas only. Greenwich, which is another fast-food chain under JFC, will soon be available via Facebook Messenger, too.
One of the changes we are likely to experience during this pandemic is that more establishments will offer cashless transactions, as with the case with Jollibee Food Corporation. Cashless transactions further prevent contact and lessen the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus.
If you want to help PayMaya and Jollibee Group Foundation's #OneAgainstCOVID19 campaign, you can donate through their website or through the Pay Bills function on the PayMaya application.
