Congratulations are in order for soon-to-be-parents, Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano!
In a heartfelt video shot in a Benguet chapel, the couple announced that they are expecting their first child. Spliced in the video are several shots of positive pregnancy tests and ultrasound photos.
According to them, Jessy and Luis had planned a church wedding but this had to “take a backseat” until their bundle of joy arrives. “This is, by far, the best surprise we have received in our lives,” they wrote in the video caption.
They tied the knot last year in an intimate garden ceremony at The Farm at San Benito, Lipa, Batangas. Jessy also documented the momentous occasion with a heartfelt video.
Since their much-talked-about wedding, the couple had expressed their intentions of having their “little angel,” and even talked about potential names in Jessy’s vlog.
In February this year, the actress also captioned her sultry 29th birthday shoot in eagerness: “This is it! My last pasabog pictorial before I turn 30 and before I get preggy!”
We wish Jessy and Luis all the love for the new addition to their growing family!
