The candidates of the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 have been making quite the buzz all over the internet ever since the preliminary competition officially started. Filipinos, being pageant-obsessed fans, always have their fair share of comments, praises, and favorites. Not gonna lie, there are a lot of critical comments about a contestant’s performance. But there are some netizens who have the innate wit to share their funny quips! 

The latest segment from one of the pre-pageant festivities called the Runway Challenge, seems to have captured the hearts and humor of everyone on the internet. ICYDK, netizens love to name the catwalks of our Miss Universe hopefuls. Hence we have Catriona Gray’s Lava Walk, Shamcey Supsup’s Tsunami Walk, and most recently, Rabiya Mateo’s Halabira Walk

Ms. Aklan is considered to be a dark horse in the competition, according to netizens. Her fierce aura and captivating smile were perfectly shown in signature walk. Since she strutted by the beach against a scenic rock formation, people have called it the Buhangin walk.
