Having been candid about her experience dealing with mental health problems before, Heart has mentioned that she suffers from both depression and anxiety, and seeks professional help for these. In her recent YouTube vlog, she opens up again about her struggles. This time, we follow her in the whirlwind of fittings and shows at Paris Fashion Week last July. And it's these highly stressful moments that took physical and emotional toll on her.

Despite all the pressure she deals with, Heart now has a better mindset in dealing with these negative feelings. “I’m not gonna let my anxiety stop me from doing certain things anymore," she says. Heart even reveals her working system that keeps her in a better mental state. She says that it starts with knowing your triggers and making the effort to veer away from them. "Siyempre, anxiety is caused by pressure from your environment, and then it attacks your weaknesses, which triggers your anxiety. So ayoko na. I saved my soul from all of that," she explains.
