But even with all of these accomplishments, Heart struggles to grasp the milestones she has reached in the world of fashion.
"Actually, again, I'm very overwhelmed," she shared with the press during an interview on Friday, November 10, 2023 at the Zalora 11.11 party.
Heart continued, "Like, I sometimes can't believe that... I'm very blessed in the sense that I'm doing something that I truly love and that loves me back."

In particular, Heart has been very visible in various fashion week events around the world. She has been regularly featured among the top celebrities in the Asia-Pacific region, and it can be said her presence has contributed to the global media coverage of such fashion events.
But for Heart, being included in such lists and generating media mileage are just a bonus for doing what she loves.
She said, "You know, at the end of the day, it's not anymore about numbers. Because it's about how you feel. I entered fashion week not because I wanted to be famous. I entered it because I was sad and it made me happy. So, I'm thankful na sinusuklian siya ng tao, but, at the same time, I'm just very happy that I do something I love."

As a fashionista herself, Heart was asked by members of the press about her definition of a fashion victim and ways to avoid becoming one.
Heart sees a fashion victim as someone strictly following trends, while true fashionistas have an innate sense of style, dressing based on their feelings rather than external influences.
In her words, "A fashion victim is somebody that is strict with themselves by following what's on trend. If you are a true blue fashionista, it should be innate.
"You don't need anybody to dress you up. You have to dress according to how you feel because it will automatically look good."
We hear you, Heart!
