It's really beginning to look a lot like (pre-pandemic) Christmas.
Arguably one of the best things about the holiday season is the Christmas displays and cheery lights shining brightly all around. Not being able to go out and experience these sights has been one of the biggest downers during the height of the pandemic. Sure we had virtual light shows and online Christmas sights, but for some reason seeing these displays in real life just hits differently. Seeing streets lit up in the warm glow of Christmas lights and lanterns makes the holidays seem more real, merry, and bright. This is why when Makati City announced the return of the city's Festival of Lights Christmas display at the Ayala Triangle Gardens on November 10, we just couldn't wipe the child-like grin off of our faces in anticipation.

Check out the upcoming Christmas celebrations at the Ayala Triangle Gardens:

The lights are going to shine brightly at Ayala once more as Makati City brings back the highly anticipated and much-loved Christmas show at the Ayala Triangle Gardens. The dancing lights and music extravaganza runs from November 10 to January 8. And while it's still hush-hush on this year's theme, we're still stoked just for the fact that it's finally back IRL.

Just to keep everybody excited and to officially kickstart the holiday season in Makati, there will also be a ceremonial lighting of the Christmas decors along Ayala Avenue on November 3.

Make It Makati also teased about other Christmas activities, including a Christmas Market from December 2 to 31 at the Ayala Triangle Gardens, Simbang Gabi from December 15 to 31, and a Christmas Concert from December 20 to 22 at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati.

Ayala Triangle Garden's Festival of Lights starts on November 10 and will run until January 8. For more information, visit Make It Makati's Facebook page.
