Everyone has been talking about the Netflix series Start-Up! Bae Suzy, who was a member of the K-pop girl group miss A before becoming a solo artist, plays the lead in this drama as Seo Dal Mi. Her character here is quick-witted and passionate, and is also caught in love triangle that has people divided!
2. Kwon Nara
Kwon Nara was one fully-booked actress this year! In the first half of 2020, the Hello Venus member joined the cast of the hit Netflix drama Itaewon Class as Oh Soo Ah and worked with Park Seo Joon and Kim Da Mi. This December, she will be appearing in Secret Royal Inspector with her fellow K-pop-idol-turned-actor Kim Myung Soo.

3. Sojin
Girl’s Day member Sojin joined the star-studded lineup of the Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun-lead fantasy drama The King: Eternal Monarch. If you can remember, she made an appearance in the Netflix series as psychiatrist Jo Hae In.
4. Krystal Jung
The f(x) member transforms into the tough officer Lieutenant Son Ye Rim in the OCN drama, Search. New K-drama girl crush alert!
5. Seohyun
Girls’ Generation’s maknae (youngest) shows off her acting chops in the K-drama Private Lives starring Reply 1988’s Go Kyung Pyo. In the show’s press con, Seohyun expressed her excitement for the drama where she plays the role of con artist Cha Joo Eun: “When I first read the script for ‘Private Lives,’ it was so interesting that I decided I really didn’t want to miss out on the show.” You'll totally love seeing her as a badass in this Netflix drama!

It looks like Girl’s Generation is on a roll this year with their acting careers! Witness YoonA as a food-loving field reporter in the upcoming drama Hush, which is also set for release next month. Soompi shared the prod team’s thoughts on YoonA’s portrayal: “Viewers can look forward to YoonA’s acting transformation as she dynamically portrays intern Lee Ji Soo’s extreme survival story and dazzling growth as a reporter.”
