You'll want to drop by while you're in Batangas.

All the way down south in Tanauan, Batangas, artists and art connoisseurs alike have come far and wide to either exhibit their creations or visit the works of others at the Eskinita Art Farm. The best part? There’s no visitation fee. Yep, it’s completely free!

At most, the only expense you’ll have is for when you grab a cup of coffee from the neighboring cafe, Lokal Beans. After all, a warm cuppa joe might well be the perfect companion while you bask in the picturesque view of the Taal Lake in the distance, after touring the museum.

That said, the cultural establishment isn't just a haven for those who appreciate art, but it's a promising avenue for aspiring artists, as well.

Eskinita showcases various local artists every six weeks. Just last November, the art farm opened its doors to their third solo exhibit by Cedrick dela Paz, entitled Rat Race. True to its title, and believe it or not, they had live rats in a cage as part of the installation.

Right now, until January 2022, there are numerous artworks in all forms exhibited inside the premises. One of them is an outdoor functional sculpture set by Eugie Varona dela Cruz entitled Laro. There’s also Fatima, a solo show of landscape portraits by Robert Besana, and lastly, a compilation of works from various artists called Nine Lives. The artists who worked on Nine Lives are those awarded by Eskinita during their Tuklas 2021 showcase.
