Never one to shy away from a bit of craziness, Vice Ganda set another dance trend that’s taking over our TikTok feeds and television screens.

On April 28, 2025, It’s Showtime declared their very own National Crazy Day and commemorated the special occasion with a star-studded production number. “Enjoy lang natin ang life,” Vice Ganda said, adding that we shouldn’t take things so seriously all the time because who knows what tomorrow will bring? Her co-host Jhong Hilario asked her about the trend’s history, to which she admitted that she isn’t sure how it truly started. All she knows is that, years ago, she did a humorous dance in one of the noontime show’s segments called Tawag ng Tanghalan, and it recently resurfaced with a trending audio. Vice Ganda expressed her appreciation saying, “Kung sino ka man, thank you very much. Binigyan mo ng bagong kasiyahan ang mga tao."

The rightful recipient of this gratitude is TikTok user @poot180000. Last September 5, 2024, he posted the said old clip and matched it with Crazy by K-pop girl group, LE SSERAFIM. The edit continued to grow exponentially, garnering 1.7 million views as of writing.
The unkabogable superstar has also transformed the dance into a fun OOTD transition, where she got to play around in her fabulous outfits as one of the noontime show’s resident hosts—from oversized blazers to fringed and beaded mini dresses.
Celebrities Take on the Trending Dance Craze
Even before It’s Showtime set their special "holiday," many celebrities, artists, and content creators have already let loose and joined in. The point of this trend, it seems, is that you should embrace a little craziness if that means freely being yourself. No technical dance skills required here! Just the willingness to enjoy life a little more. Check out how these personalities did it.

Vocalist, Cup of Joe
Gian Bernardino
Cup of Joe isn’t really the type of band to dance while performing, but that never stopped Gian Bernardino. The vocalist shared his own version of the craze too!
P-pop Girl Group
BINI
Expect nothing less from the Nation’s Girl Group. Clad in matching tops and maximalist, quirky jeans, the members of BINI gave a mix of “nonchalant” and “OA” in their TikTok video.
P-pop Boy Group
AJAA
Not one to miss out on trends, AJAA gave an increasingly energetic performance of Crazy. The quartet tagged Vice Ganda and captioned their video with, “Pwede na po ba ‘to?” The answer seems to be yes, as they joined the recent It’s Showtime production number.
Content Creator and Dancer, G-FORCE
Jorge Jahnke
Unsurprisingly, Jorge Jahnke hit every beat of the song, and was generous enough to provide a tutorial so you can do it too.
Content Creator
David Guison
This video may initially seem far from David Guison’s aesthetic, but if you’ve been following the content creator for a while, you would know that it’s actually on point with his branding.
