Since making his showbiz debut in 2025, Robbie Jaworski has been on a path of discovery, introducing himself to audiences who may have preconceived notions about him. As the son of politician and basketball legend Robert Jaworski Jr. and equestrian and former actress Mikee Cojuangco-Jaworski, the 26-year-old has had to navigate the entertainment industry with great expectations on his shoulders.
Currently showcasing his personality on Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab 3.0, Robbie has begun opening up about certain aspects of his life and upbringing. Before entering the house, he shared how he once lived on street food and P10 rice meals when he started working a corporate job.
Robbie Jaworski on Being Raised By His Parents
In an interview on the online talk show Oh My Gan!, Robbie got candid about how people perceive him because of his family background. With his affluent upbringing often shaping these assumptions, the aspiring actor sought to dispel notions that he grew up with a sense of entitlement.
"I don’t blame people for thinking that. Pero, I’m blessed also na pinalaki ako ng mga magulang ko na ayaw nila dumikit yung pag-iisip sa akin na dahil Cojuangco-Jaworski ako, may entitlement ako," he shared in response to such assumptions.
Rather than expecting things to be handed to him, Robbie shared that his parents taught him the importance of hard work. "In all things in life, you have to work hard for. No shortcuts," he said.

To challenge these assumptions, Robbie recalled that his parents stopped giving him an allowance after he graduated from college and started a corporate job. After earning a business degree from Ateneo de Manila University, he took on a human resources position at a shipping company. During this time, he had to support himself financially, as his father had required.
"May batas din 'yung daddy ko sa akin dati: Kung hindi ka nag-aaral, wala kang allowance," he shared. To save money on food, he turned to street food and other affordable meals during his lunch breaks.
"So 'yung ginagawa ko, pang pampatipid, kumakain ako ng fishball at kikiam for lunch. Eh, sobrang sarap naman siya. Parang ’yun na lang kinakain ko every day. Tapos bumibili ako ng one cup rice for 10 pesos," he told host Ganiel Krishnan.

Robbie credits these experiences with teaching him humility and inspiring him to look beyond his own success. This shows in his life goals, especially his desire to help others.
"Ang goal ko sa buhay is hindi lang kumita pero sana... kaya ko din i-angat 'yung mga tao sa tabi ko. I want to be a blessing to others," he shared.
This echoes a sentiment he expressed in an exclusive interview with Preview in 2025. Having just signed with Star Magic at the time, he shared that his vision for his career was to "have the influence to positively impact other people."
"I hope that I've already established myself to an extent where my voice is heard and respected... That's the goal. I think that's the biggest goal I've got," he stated.
