And possibly the last time, too.

Maja Salvador rang in the new year with a winter getaway at Alberta, Canada, where she spent precious time with family. Through their fun and energetic bonding moments, she expressed that they wrapped up the previous year with gratitude, looking forward to another exciting one ahead.
She shared a lone photo in a separate post that encapsulates how her heart is also filled with pride, love, and joy.
Maja Salvador Reveals Her Daughter’s Face for the First Time
On January 1, Maja posted a photo of her daughter Maria, which marked the first time that her face was shown to the public. It shows the one-year-old wrapped in adorable layers, standing by herself with the snowy mountains as her backdrop.
“To our Maria, posting this one and only photo para ipakita namin sa buong mundo kung gaano kami ka proud sa pinakamalaking blessing na natanggap namin,” Maja wrote.
While she and her husband, CEO and marketing professional Rambo Nuñez, have been fond of sharing their cherished family photos, they have always kept their daughter’s face hidden. The Queen of the Dance Floor has explained this decision in previous interviews, expressing the choice was made considering the fact that we are now living in the digital age.
“Ang hirap kasi ngayon, lalo na ‘yung AI. Natatakot ako na gamitin in the future,” she told GMA Entertainment in March 26, 2025. She added, “Maski ako, tayong lahat, hindi natin alam ginagamit na 'yung pictures natin, may ine-edit silang videos tapos pinatong nila somewhere, 'di ba?”
With this, the “one and only photo” of Maria that Maja recently posted is evidently the last one, too—at least for now. The award-winning actress vowed that she and Rambo will protect Maria’s privacy, and will leave her the liberty to decide how she wants to be seen and known by the public once she is old enough.
