Born in 2006, the Fil-Taiwanese beauty is the youngest daughter in her family. While her two siblings Jose and Elliana have already moved out to study college abroad, Emman still lives in the country with her parents. Last February, she celebrated her 17th birthday with an intimate family dinner at home. Bonus fun fact: She’s actually very close to her family and only has the best things to say about them online!
2. Emman Atienza plans to study fashion in college.
Currently, Emman is a senior high school student at International School Manila. It’s only a matter of time before she attains her diploma, and she’s actually planning to study fashion in college after graduation! Over her summer break last July, Emman flew to New York to enroll at Parsons Summer Academy, an intensive design course for young artists under Parsons School of Design. Describing the program as “fashion pre-college,” Emman likes to post glimpses of her own designs and campus OOTDs on Instagram.

Beyond being a budding fashion designer, Emman is also a promising model in the making. After doing workshops with the modeling agency Farrah Models, she decided to join Coco Rocha Model Camp in New York to hone her modeling skills further. In 2022, the broadcaster’s daughter founded her own mental health organization called Mentality Manila. The initiative came after she herself was diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPDS) with paranoid and borderline features. Prior to that, she was misdiagnosed with depression and even tried to take her own life. “Mental health shouldn't be stigmatized,” Emman once wrote on Instagram, opening up about struggling with her mental well-being. "We need to get rid of the words 'crazy' or 'deranged' from being associated to mental illness. I am a person. The same as the next.”
5. Emman Atienza isn’t afraid to stand up to bashers.
In the same way that she’s outspoken about mental health, Emman is also not afraid to call out rude bashers online. Case in point: She had the best response to netizens who criticized her for posting “revealing” and “nagpapa-sexy” photos. Completely unbothered, Emman posted a new bikini photo alongside screenshots of the mean comments, captioning the post, “Lol can’t see the haters.” Love her positive attitude!

She’s currently the vice president of International School Manila’s Photography Club, and she also previously served as the organization’s secretary a year prior.
