Another day, another story about everyone's current drink obsession, Dalgona coffee. The latest celeb to get on the whipped drink trend? Erwan Heussaff. (He's currently in Australia spending time with Anne Curtis-Smith Heussaf and their newborn baby, Dahlia!) Erwan posted a video on his YouTube channel demonstrating three ways to make whipped drinks: Milo, Vietnamese Egg Yolk Coffee, and the regular Dalgona Coffee.

If you're a non-coffee drinker but still want to try something similar, Erwan recommends making a Milo "syrup" (Milo, sugar, and water), drizzling it on top of whipped cream and whisking everything together before spooning on top of cold milk. Sounds absolutely delicious!

Another recipe he shared is his take oon Vietnamese Egg Yolk coffee—a drink wildly popular in the South East Asian country. It's quite decadent though, as you'll be mixing egg yolk and condensed milk to the coffee!
