Such is the case with Chuando Tan, a Singapore-based photographer, model, and actor. While his looks are disarming enough, what’s even more surprising is his age—in case you didn’t know (as much of the internet recently discovered), he’s actually nearing his 60s.

Chuando was born on March 3, 1966, which makes him a 59-year-old as of the time of writing! In several interviews, he's made it clear that he hasn't undergone any surgeries or consumed any substances to maintain his looks. "70% is diet and the other 30% is exercise," he was quoted saying.
Chuando started as a model in the '90s
Ever since his younger days, Chuando has always attracted the camera. He began his career as a model in the 1980s and 1990s, becoming one of the most ubiquitous faces in Singapore.
After years of fronting campaigns and editorial spreads, he shifted to becoming a photographer. He established his own studio named Chuando and Frey, as well as modeling agency Ave Management. As a lensman, he's worked with the likes of Janet Jackson, Rita Ora, and Shu Qi.

Keeping up with his public persona, the 59-year-old has become a present force in Singapore's fashion scene as an influencer. Aside from the occasional magazine covers, he's been spotted shooting content and attending events for luxury labels such as Louis Vuitton and Valentino.
