Ik-jun (Jo Jung Suk), Jeong-won (Yoo Yeon Seok), Jun-wan (Jung Kyung Ho), Seok-hyeong (Kim Dae Myung) and Song-hwa (Jeon Mi Do) are all doctors who go through the motions of their profession at Yulje Medical Center. Yi Hyun joins the mix as Jang Yun-bok, a third year medical school student, and later on, an intern at their hospital.
