1. My Brilliant Life (2014)

This emotional film follows Ah-reum, a 16-year-old who, due to a rare genetic disorder, ages prematurely and has the body of an eighty-year-old man. While his parents struggle to earn money for his hospital expenses, Ah-reum accepts his short life-span, and decides to write down the story of how his young parents first fell in love, as a final gift to them for his 17th birthday. Though Eun Woo only appears in the movie for a brief cameo, it marks his official acting debut.

2. To Be Continued (2015)

Starring the boys of pre-debut Astro, the teen fantasy web series centers on a male idol group who are unexpectedly taken back in time two years ago on the eve of their debut stage. After the series, Lee Dong Min took on the name of his character on the show, Cha Eun Woo, and adapted the moniker for his stage name.

One day their lives are inexplicably disturbed when they meet Yoo Hyun-jae, a popular idol singer in the ‘90s who was reported dead 20 years ago, but somehow still harbors his youthful looks. Eun Woo plays the role of MJ on the show, Star Punch’s most popular talent. He's made to sing Hyun-jae's unreleased songs and pretends to take them own as his own work.

4. My ID Is Gangnam Beauty (2018)

Bullied for her looks all her life, Kang Mi-rae decides to get plastic surgery in hopes of a fresh start in college. 6. Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung (2019)

Set in early 19th century Joseon where females are treated as inferior to men, free-spirited palace historian intern Goo Hae Ryung is determined to prove that both genders are of equal footing. Her impassioned plight in the royal court eventually leads her to cross paths with Prince Lee Rim, as portrayed by Eun Woo, who harbors a secret of his own.

8. True Beauty (2020)

Based on a webcomic of the same name, True Beauty follows Lim Ju-gyeong, a plain jane high school girl who rises to popularity after she learns to apply makeup from YouTube. Though adamant that no one see her bare face, she ends up falling for Lee Su-ho, the one boy who’s seen her without makeup. As the two grow closer, can Su-ho eventually convince Ju-gyeong that the mark of true beauty isn’t on the outside?
