In less than two months time, Celeste Cortesi is finally jetting off to New Orleans to compete at Miss Universe (FYI, it's happening on January 14, so mark your calendars!)
One thing we're most definitely looking forward to is witnessing her signature pasarela walk. The folks over at Miss Universe Philippines just shared a sneak peak of how the 24-year-old beauty will be hitting the stage, and it got us, and many netizens alike, even more excited to see her in action!

A good number of pageant fans noticed an improvement with the beauty queen's strut, pointing out that her knees are more locked in, and her overall stride is more graceful and smooth.

Some fans couldn't help but express just how riled up they got. One user even said that just her rehearsal is proof enough that she's "one to beat" at this year's competition. We agree!

Just like with her predecessors, some netizens took the liberty of assigning a name to Celeste's walk. Given that Celeste translates to "heavenly" in Italian, calling her strut the "Celestial Walk" makes perfect sense.

In our October 2022 cover with the Filipino-Italian beauty, she expressed that she's more than eager to finally get to represent the Philippines again, after her Miss Earth 2018 stint. "I want people to see that I can represent the Philippines. It’s been four years and I [have learned] so many things. This is another Celeste,” she told us. If you ask us—and @realpageantry_ph on Instagram—we'd say she's certainly ready for takeoff!
