BJ Pascual, the photographer behind the campaign, posted the following message in response, poking fun at naysayers: "Of course it was [Photoshopped], hello, pinalitan nga ng background!"

"I posted the raw photo 'cause I saw the comments on her Instagram and I felt bad because I know how hard Janine worked to achieve that body," BJ added in an exclusive interview with Preview.ph. "She's in the best shape of her life and it's really sad that people always find something bad to say when someone is doing well."
