Get happy with the fluffiest, tastiest doughnuts in town.

It doesn’t get any more fun or nostalgic than doughnuts. These sweet fried-dough pastries are popular with Filipinos for their versatility and crowd-pleasing nature, and while doughnut shops are ubiquitous in these parts, some places especially stand out. These purveyors offer the tastiest doughnuts in town in all sorts of flavors, from classic to fruity to all-out quirky. The best part? They deliver or allow for delivery, so you can get your fill without having to step out of your home.

These places deliver great-tasting doughnuts around Metro Manila:

Panaderya Toyo

Panaderya Toyo takes bicho-bicho—the Filipino counterpart of doughnuts—and turns it on its head with flavors like Saba, Quezo de Bola, and Santol (P120/piece, P600/box of six). Each piece has a distinctly chewy, dense-yet-fluffy texture from their use of a dough base made with unbleached flour, milk, and eggs, that’s mixed, shaped, and fermented overnight. You can order by ringing Panaderya Toyo’s phone number, then settle payment via BPI bank deposit or GCash. Note that you'll have to book your own courier to get it picked up from their Makati store.
