In light of the lawsuit, which covers multiple counts of online libel and one grave slander, actress Isabelle Daza who is a close friend of Liz came forward to testify. She was present at a dinner on the night of October 28th at Peninsula Manila, Makati, during which Lim allegedly had tirades against Liz, pertaining to the controversial Gucci jacket that Maine Mendoza wore on the cover of Preview November issue.

According to Isabelle, she overheard the blogger talking about Liz with the other guests at the event. She recalls, “We’re at a dinner and we were sitting maybe five seats from him. He said something like, ‘She made Maine wear a jacket that she wore two weeks ago. If you’re a stylist, why are you going to make [your client] wear something that you already wore?' I know this verbatim kasi habang sinasabi nya tine-text ko si Liz."

Preview’s Executive Editor Isha Andaya-Valles, who produced the AlDub cover shoot dated September 30, 2015, also swore before the Office of the City Prosecutor in Makati City Hall as another witness, confirming that Liz was neither present at the said shoot nor did she have anything to do with the styling process.

Isabelle took to Instagram after signing the affidavit and swearing to the truthfulness of her statement at the Makati Prosecutor's Office, posting a photo with the caption: "Game face on. #StopTheHate"
