Sure, leche flan and graham cake are great on their own—the former is a smooth and rich custard with the deep flavor of caramel, while the latter is a layered concoction of graham crackers and cream. But this one-of-a-kind creation by Iloilo purveyor Bambi's Kitchen proves that the two desserts are even better together: meet the Graham de Leche!

The Graham de Leche (P250) has layers of leche flan, graham crackers, and lightly sweetened cream that slightly softens the grahams into a cake-like consistency. The tandem is a most harmonious one, with graham cake helping lighten up the leche flan, while the leche flan makes each forkful a thousand times more indulgent. Aside from the original variant, you can also get it in Matcha (P280).

Moreover, Bambi's Kitchen also offers a selection of Basque Burnt Cheesecake. Choose from the Classic (P300/six pieces), or try the earthy Matcha (P330/six pieces) or chocolatey Nutella (P330/six pieces) variants. Whichever one you choose, you get a creamy interior with a caramelized exterior—perfect for enjoying with a cup of coffee.

If the Graham de Leche got you craving but you're in Manila, don't fret: we've got our fair share of great mashup treats, too. Some of our favorites are Peñafiel's Birria Queso Pares and Chokokeki by H & Co.'s Chokokeki.
