Nature resorts, especially those surrounded by towering trees, lush vegetation, and a mountainous backdrop, are top of mind when escaping the noise of Metro Manila. Just outside the northern part of the city is the province of Bulacan, home to nature-inspired getaways, such as hikes in Mt. If you're looking for this type of escape, Aranya Resorts in Doña Remedios Trinidad just opened new cabins in their sprawling seven-hectare property.

Aranya Resorts officially opened their doors in November 2021; but recently, they added new cabins to welcome more guests looking for a relaxing weekend. It dubs itself as a "camping resort but with a luxurious touch," since their huts in stilts are air-conditioned and have private patios.
Previously, they only had the Cliffside Cabin, which can fit up to eight people for P11,800. Their newest accommodations are the White Lauaan Villa (P8,800/night), which is good for four people. It's air-conditioned, has a large outdoor patio, and shares a common toilet and bath with guests of White Lauaan Villa Overlooking (P6,800). The latter is good for two and also has its own patio.
You also get to enjoy the steep trail for an ATV ride (P500 for 30 minutes), spacious yoga decks, bonfire at night, poolside bar, and access to a nearby stream for swimming. Guided tours to the surrounding waterfalls are also available.
Aranya Resorts' landmark is Minda's Special Buko Pie, where you can park your car. From this jump-off point, all guests can hop on a 4x4 truck and proceed to their cabin.
