A car of their own is a notable milestone for most twentysomethings, and Angelina Cruz knows how to do it in style. Following her birthday on September 24, the eldest daughter of Sunshine Cruz and Cesar Montano celebrated turning 22 with a brand new ride–a Mazda3!

Sunshine’s recent Instagram posts were filled to the brim with motherly pride, as she shared her daughter’s latest achievement. In an IG Story on September 27, the celeb mom gave her followers a peek of Angelina unveiling her new white car.
“Nakaka-proud ka, anak!” Sunshine wrote. “Congratulations on your new baby!”
Pulling out the sheet covering the vehicle, Angelina revealed a Mazda3 in a pristine shade of white. The Japanese automotive manufacturer’s version of the compact car was first introduced in 2003, but has since then evolved in several iterations across generations.
The latest series of the Mazda3 comes with a plush interior design and new technologies, with price points starting at P1,510,000 for the 2.0L Sedan Sport and the 2.0L Fastback Sport.
In another Instagram Story from Sunshine, Angelina can be seen taking it out for a drive alongside her mom and sister Chesca.
During the drive, Angelina could be heard in the background. “Officially broke,” she quips, making her mom laugh.
