After 38 Years, We’ll Be Seeing a Full Moon this Christmas! A gift from the sky.

The last time there was a full moon on Christmas, it was the year 1977 and the ladies were at the disco dressed in retro. NASA says that a full moon appearing twice on the exact same day only happens every 59 years. But we’re in luck because this December 25, 2015, the moon will be big, round, bright, and smiling upon us. If you want a romantic moment to share with your beau (or family) before the year ends, this is it—a picnic under the night sky enveloped by the chilly December breeze

The moon is called the Full Cold Moon and the celestial event won’t happen again until 2023. Don’t you dare miss this holiday miracle, it’s the kind of a gift from the skies worth experiencing.

Happy Holidays!
