WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons honey

3/4 cup diced ripe mangoes (or any fruit of your choice) 

Cashews, for garnish 

HOW TO DO IT: 

1. Combine old-fashioned rolled oats, milk, plain yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a jar.
2. Stir with a spoon until well combined. Add diced ripe mangoes and mix. Cover and chill overnight or up to 2 days. Garnish with more mangoes and cashews before serving. Serve cold.
