In Manila, there are three events that the gay community looks forward to: a) the Bb. Pilipinas coronation night, b) the crowning of the new Miss Universe, and c) Shahani Gania’s annual birthday bash more famously known as the Evening Gown Competition. Last night, drag queens and friends all gathered at Black Market to witness the coronation of a new Queen and they dressed to impress in their most fantabulous frocks. Here’s what you missed:
